Route planning notes
Geographical references were checked against Turismo de Portugal, the official Camino de Santiago website and the Federação Portuguesa do Caminho de Santiago. The website maps are simplified geographic illustrations, with connecting lines between selected places. They are not GPS tracks and must not be used for navigation.
The eight-day programmes contain six riding stages on days 2–7, seven hotel nights including arrival night and the last night in Santiago, and a return transfer to Porto on day eight. The stage distances are planning estimates for the proposed tour concepts. They require final cycling route, accommodation, support and operating arrangements to be agreed in your personal proposal.
