Privacy & enquiries

Santiago by Bike is a Ride North collection. For questions about an enquiry or the information you send, contact info@ridenorth.pt.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. The form does not submit your information to a website database, and it does not save your form entries in local storage. You decide whether to send the prepared message using your email application or WhatsApp.

When you choose a sending channel, the information in your message is passed to that service. Your email provider or WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms. Ride North receives your message only when you send it.

Information you choose to share

Your name, contact details, travel preferences and message help us answer your request and discuss a personal proposal. Please avoid including passport details, payment information or sensitive personal information in this initial enquiry.

Cookies and external links

This website’s own code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or optional cookies. Hosting and access services may process technical information necessary to serve the website. External websites, including Ride North and WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies.

Planning and booking

The journeys and daily stages on this website are indicative proposals. Published distances are approximate. Accommodation, bikes, guiding, meals, transfers, availability, prices, payment terms and cancellation conditions are confirmed in a personal proposal before a booking is made. Preparing or sending an enquiry does not create a booking or payment commitment.

Questions about your information
